Mr Nhlanhla Mbambo is Managing Director and founder of the company. Mr Mbambo holds a Masters in Business Administration (General) and has 13 years HR generalist experience. He has occupied the positions of General Manager and Operations Executive for HR Outsourcing firms and thereafter moved into the Corporate arena and occupied the position of Human Resources Manager. Mr Mbambo is also a registered Tax Technician with the South African Institute of Tax as well as a Tax Practitioner with SARS. Mr. Nnhlanhla Mbambo has a National Higher Certificate in Cost and Management Accounting and a National Diploma in Accounting.

The company was previously trading as Nhlabela Consulting from 2012 and is now trading as N Mbambo and Co.

The company has managed to continue operating despite the tough economic climate.

The company is a level 1 BBBEEE supplier and is registered with all statutory bodies.

MANAGEMENT SERVICES PROVIDER (MSP)

DEFINITION OF AN MSP​

In some European countries, there is a Management Service Provider (MSP) model, whereby the company contracts with an expert service provider who takes over the responsibility for all the company’s service delivery functions which would include all contractors for the outsourced functions per agreement. This could be inclusive of cleaning services, security, transporters, labour brokers and the like.

HOW IT WORKS

  • The client appoints N Mbambo and Co (Pty) Ltd as the Management Service Provider (MSP) and N Mbambo and Co (Pty) Ltd will in turn sub contract all the required services to provide such range of benefits to the client.
  • What our MSP Model will provide is specialized outsourced services to an independent contractor, which inter alia increases the productivity, sales and efficiency of the company in non-core activities.
  • Hence, if the MSP is utilized as a bona fide independent contractor relationship where the MSP outsources the non-core services then the MSP becomes the client to all contractors and no the client who independently contracts with the MSP in this case.
